Soundboarding offers a rare kind of listening—curious, attuned, and agenda-free. Whether you’re weighing a decision, shaping an idea, or sorting through stuckness, here you can hear yourself more clearly.

I offer reflection, perspective, and inquiry—not to fix, but to illuminate. Sometimes clarity doesn’t come from advice, but from being deeply heard.

Do you use AI to think out loud? To write, reflect, or even sort your feelings? It’s certainly got a way, and you’re not alone if you’re working with AI for coaching or therapy. But a little human touchpoint goes a long way.

Four sessions (your pace) followed by monthly check-ins.

In our four startup sessions, we’ll cover your values, how you’d like to work with AI, and develop a plan to work with your AI. After that we’ll have regular calls to recalibrate, making sure:

  • Your AI isn’t replacing (important) human relationships

  • Your AI is updated with your evolving values and needs

  • Your AI is responding in alignment with your goals, incorporate your unfolding insights

micro-coaching

Not everything needs a breakthrough. Sometimes realignment with your center happens in a micro-shift. This is coaching for the in-between moments.

These short, spacious sessions create momentum in the moments. We won’t be addressing everything, but we might find a new question which softens your tension, a reframe to clear some fog.

I’ll bring inquiry, listening, and spark. You bring the thing you’re having difficulty naming.

momentum building intensive coaching

These packages are co-developed with you to meet your schedule needs and your momentum needs. In our initial session we’ll cover some of your challenges and strivings and develop a plan for frequency (how many times per week), duration (how many months to start), and other considerations (like nudges and multi-media support).
